. Dimitrios Zarkadas was born in Monahiti, Grevena. He studied at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki where he graduated with honors. He is a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 1988. His more than thirty years of legal practice have given him a wealth of experience in advisory, litigation and out-of-court dispute resolution. He specializes in handling cases in all branches of civil, commercial and especially corporate law, in the supervision of pre-bankruptcy and bankruptcy stages, in the coordination of takeover and merger projects, as well as in the management of relations with financial and credit institutions. As a legal advisor to large corporations for many years, he has provided high quality legal advice on development, strategy and contractual relationships.
. Konstantinos Zarkadas was born in Thessaloniki. He studied at the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and then completed his postgraduate studies at the "Economic Criminal Law" Postgraduate Programme of the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, from which he graduated with honours. He has participated in numerous scientific conferences and seminars and has attended legal specialization programs. In the context of his practice he cooperated with two law firms specializing in the fields of commercial - corporate law and criminal law. He served for nine months at the Military Court - Naval Court - Air Court of Thessaloniki where he was involved in the handling of judicial work. He has been a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2021.

Dr. Vasilis Tsigaridas is an Attorney at Law, registered with the Thessaloniki Bar Association (TBA), with specialization in administrative law and in particular in the field of public procurement, tax law and civil service law. He graduated from the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2011. In 2014 he received his Master's Degree in Public Law and Political Science from the same School (with specialization in Constitutional Law). Finally, in 2020 he was awarded a PhD in Public Law from the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, following the successful support of his doctoral thesis entitled "The principle of iura novit curia in administrative litigation", which is published by Sakkοula. Since 2020 he has taught administrative law, financial law, civil service law and public law composition at the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Faculty of Law of the Democritus University of Thrace, while in the current academic year he teaches civil service law, as a member of the cooperating party teaching staff, at the Hellenic Open University. His studies, articles and commentaries on court decisions have been published in all national law journals related to public law and his writings are included in collective volumes. He has extensive experience in supporting economic entities and legal entities governed by public law, having drafted numerous opinions and having represented his clients before administrative and judicial authorities.
